This Hulu documentary was interesting. I still can’t understand who or why anyone would pay for a subscription to 95% of 90 Day cast members. But I certainly understand why they’re all attempting to have an account. This documentary makes it seem like almost anyone can make decent money doing it.

Having just finished this documentary in the last half hour, here's my thoughts:

I think a lot of only fans is and was a bubble. In the beginning it may have been easier to be successful, and arguably you could still be successful but maybe not on the same level as those who got in early. The site now has so many contact creators it is almost flooding the site with content and unless memebership grows drastically many creators are now sharing the profits that less shared before. I think that the bubble may have been extended with everyone being stuck at home and looking for some human connection or something similar, but I think it's going to burst soon. But, who knows what kind of new opportunities that will create when that happens. If it doesn't burst it will be also interesting to see where the platform goes in the future.

What I find particularly interesting about it is the content that isn't even particularly pornographic; there are podcasts, talk shows, reality show and other content that couldn't find a home anywhere else. They managed to find a platform on onlyfans / patreon.

I don't have and never have subscribed to anything on onlyfans and I couldn't imagine doing it for any of the folks from 90 day.
