Your hand? Washcloths are a must. All it takes is one or two. Start from the top. Wash your face then your neck then your arms then your torso and back. You have 2 options from here depending on how and what is dirty. Either wash your underarms then legs or your legs then underarms.

Either get a new wash cloth or rinse and ring the washcloth you've already been using and proceed to your genitals/backside. I personally get a new washcloth as I've already used the previous one for 85% of my body.

Be strategic with the second washcloth to get maximum use. Use the first quadrant to clean the crevices between your legs and genitals and use the second quadrant to clean your actual genitals. Use the remaining half to clean your ass and voila, you're done. Sure, it took 25-30 minutes but at least you're clean and you can go 1-2 days without needing a shower.

It's also important that you dry off because moisture can remain for hours. Us black people use lotion too. It adds another protective layer and covers your pores. All in all, this leaves you feeling fresh and sparkling for days.
