If Tottenham Hotspur reaches the final, they will have the chance to complete the European Treble

In the grand scheme of things, achieving this particular European Treble doesn't actually mean that much in this day and age.

It is interesting to consider that two of the biggest clubs in Europe, Real Madrid and Liverpool, can never join this list having never won a Cup Winners' Cup (and for us especially considering that we lost 2 finals in that competition and Liverpool lost 1). Manchester United already have this achievement over Liverpool, and Barcelona would as well over us if they ever win the Europa League (though this seems heavily unlikely given that they always make it through the Champions League group stage). Inter Milan are in the same boat with Juventus being the first club to achieve this, and with AC Milan simply needing a Europa League title to achieve this too.
