I'm 21 and I want to be a sugar baby here in Florida (or anywhere). How do I get started?

I'm sorry you're having a hard time, and I'm hoping things turn around for you.
People rarely talk about it, but the truth is that there are significant expenses that come with being an SB, especially when you're starting out. Unfortunately it takes money to make money, but you can minimize sugar-related spending: * Shop for makeup at the drug store (CVS, Walgreens, etc) or Target, not Sephora or MAC. Look for brands like NYX, Wet 'n' Wild and ELF. With those brands, you should be able to get the basics (foundation, powder palette, lipstick, mini shadow palette, nail polish) for around $25-$30. * Get one nice first date/ freestyling outfit from a thrift store or H&M, Forever 21, etc. * For transportation, try Uber or Lyft. There are lots of discount codes available that will make your first ride or two free-- just Google or ask someone who uses the apps. (I can message you a code if you want.)

If you're really completely broke, the reality is probably that you'll need to get a job before you can take your best shot at sugaring. Honestly, this is your best bet anyway, because I've never heard of anybody fully making a living off of sugar money. An added benefit of working is that if you look for jobs that involve interacting with the general public (retail, waitressing/ hostessing, receptionist) you may get exposed to a potential SD through work. Even working at a coffee shop or sandwich place in a business district or wealthy part of town could help you get exposure.

As for where to go for freestyling... try a restaurant bar in your city's business district around happy hour. Basically, you want to go wherever there's a high concentration of big businesses, law firms, banks, etc. Look for bars/ lounges where you can talk (not dance clubs). Cocktails at these places are expensive, so start by ordering ginger ale or seltzer with lime (some bartenders will give you this for free, or it'll only be couple dollars) and then flirt until a guy buys you a drink.

My last piece of advice is to not tell potential SDs about your situation right off the bat. Desperation is not sexy. Your SA profile and your in-person pitch should be flirty and fun, not needy. SDs already know that you're looking for money... if you keep reminding them, they'll see it as a red flag.
