So, I'm a little concerned here. Anarchism isn't about vengeance right?

Reddit anarchism is not anarchism. /r/anarchism mod logs are proof of that.

The instance that made me walk away (unsubscribe) is the decision to ban any dissenting voice concerning the rampant social justice warrior brigade-- since they feel that they are the final authority on the subject.

Especially after a kid got attacked for cultural appropriation-- they lost me. Fallout of this bullshit is heavily censored and all relating posts are since removed.

Similarly the inane discussion that resulted in the removal of over half a dozen regulars on the /r/anarchism contributors following the gender segregated bathroom debacle.

In short-- it's a farce. Anarchism on reddit is overrun by the LGBT tribe. It is an outlet for marginalized and frustrated men and women that care more about shaping the world in their own image. Which, sadly, usually is a reflection of their own miserable existence. Good old projecting of their own issues and all that.

Undeniable proof of this is obviously browsing /r/anarchism; none of the first 10 entries are about promoting shared values. The one that is related to values on the front page (Swiss universal income) has a bunch of defeatist pundits telling everyone that it's fear of collapse of an economy.

Conveniently omitting the fact that even in anarchist societies there will be economies.

Anarchism is the utopian philosophy for achieving freedom by not leveraging power for the sake of oppression.

Reddit anarchism is about projecting your own issues on the rest of society (because society). And prides itself on it's destructive elements. Not to mention a wonderful exercise in futility.
