Dave Ramsey is Christian and would not encourage IVF

You have applied your label to someone and put words in their mouth without backing them up. Note I don't know what Dave thinks but based on your links your statement is not backed up.

Lets address the second link first. Dave said - He does not like making decisions without options. It in no way shape or form said no to IVF... In no way shape or form did he say I am Christian so no IVF...

Now lets address the problem with your first link but more so a broader generalization... If you could say Christians believe this or that there would not be hundreds or thousands of flavors/versions etc. The moment you say "Christians would not encourage ..." you better be directly backing that up by something in the bible. Even this is difficult because which version of the bible, meaning translation are you looking at? To further complicate things what has your church decided to change in the bible? What source material was your copy of the bible pulled from. And the biggest problem with generalization: Each person based on their experience and understanding is going to have a different understanding, from the same material. But lets make this simple. I read the bible, there is no talk of IVF... Therefore anyone that has an issue with IVF has it not because they are Christian... It is because their splinter of their church has decided to have a problem. I am not saying its wrong. I am not saying that they did not have god walk down to their head dude and say Dude... No more IVF. That's up to you and your chain of command.

Note I was raised "Christian". More specifically I was raised in a Cult... My church said you were going to hell. Your church likely though the same thing about me. At an abstract level we were all Christian. We cant all be right. You go do you and let this couple do them and Dave do Dave. If Dave decides to come out and say yes/no on IFV then fine.. DO NOT however presume to know how someone stands on a matter like this without backing it up... Your comment has no context and should be removed.
