TL here in the South region. There are going to be cuts to job specific roles. Do I know exactly which ones? No, I have no clue. I also see more allocated wages for labor after we have been completely fucked with the expectations over the last couple years with skeleton crews. There is going to be a change to Kronos scheduling and it will not have as much grey area or flexibility on how you schedule your TMs. Do I think any of this is going to improve our working situations? No, I don’t think this will change anything. This dumpster fire is far from being saved and this is the bed we will have to lay in. I’m sure all of our TMs will be excited when we tell them all this after they have been worked into the ground just like we have been.
