and with the current format where tamers are everywhere, it can often be summoned for essentially free.

so it...

gets you near guaranteed field advantage no matter how bad your field is,

nearly impossible to recover from due to it not allowing you to set up anymore (either u throw down 3 memory to summon a lvl3 mon every turn or your main gets destroyed),

is so fucking hard to remove (15k dp means building up to lvl 6-7 mons in 1 turn after it clears your field or sacrificing a lvl3/3memory until you can set up to remove, or u throw down a high cost hard removal option, give the opponent buttloads of memory and a free turn to prepare for your next turn),

literally kills swarm decks,

all for nearly free cost.
