I think it’ll vary depending on what they took.
I only used (Osterine) to recover more quickly from surgery and get back to where I was pre-injury.
The gains I made were great, but when I cycled off I did lose some of them. I noticed a big difference in energy and perceived explosiveness. My strength dropped within a week or two. I’m confident I made more total progress going on and cycling off than if I’d stayed natty the entire time.
Say you have 3 months: 1. Natty 1 month, on for 2. 2. On for 2, natty 1 3. Natty for 3
From my experience I’d say the above scenarios are ordered in effectiveness at the end of month 3.
For drugs they’re taking in the UFC, I have no idea how they would cycle and how they mask it.
