John Farrell has gone from firing line to first place

That you react so angrily convinces me further that I'm on the right track.

I get tired of people poking at me like I really need to agree with you. I actually don't. Now if you want to discuss something, great, but if you're just here to give me another once-over on why I need to change my ways of not being critical enough of the Boston Red Sox, I have to ask why being a homer bothers you so damn much.

There are a whole bunch of straw men you tossed at me here.

Oh yes, the tried and true internet strategy: If you don't like a person, tell them they're arguing wrong so you don't have to even try to listen to them. Cool. Glad I'm having my time blatantly wasted, I appreciate it.

You know you can't convincingly argue against the idea that the Red team's actions signal that Farrell is on the hotseat and Lovullo is the heir apparent so instead you refuse to engage that thought at all and dismiss it as irresponsible and uninformed speculation.

I argued it, and you even admitted that there is a possibility that your interpretation might not be accurate. However, apparently that was obviously nothing but me making excuses again.

You've proven in past discussions (and again here) that you get really emotional when discussing Farrell's job prospects

Actually I'm upset because I'm under the impression I am somehow in the wrong to say the things I say about the Red Sox on this subreddit. I'm supposedly the one who's so upset. You've now twice brought up an argument from last week and you're starting to toe the line of coming directly after me. If I'm upset, that's why. Because you pretend to discuss this, but then you just dismiss my counterpoint as an excuse without a second thought, so you can launch into me for what I ignore.

I'm not IGNORING anything, got it? I hear you loud and clear. I just disagree. You can keep telling me how wrong I am to do so all you'd like, but I will push back, because I don't appreciate the tone one bit. I'm not going to apologize just because I disagree with you.

I'm guessing (and it's only a guess) that you have some sort of personal cancer baggage that's clouding your ability or desire to think in a detached and rational fashion about all this.

But I'm the one coming up with straw men.

Now is there anything else you must tell me I'm doing as a fan, that I need to be aware of so I don't bother anyone? Because yeah, it's getting a little upsetting that this is how you respond to me drawing different conclusions than you did.
