Ok so we’re in very similar positions. I wear raw denim (naked and famous) or dark denim in general, duck canvas pants (carhartt and daluth,) 5 pocket athletic fabric chinos (Swiss tech) and workwear chinos (carhartt.) For tops I wear flannels, polos, Company logo t shirts, colored (blue, olive, burgundy, grey) ocbds. For shoes I wear cowboy boots (I know not everyone’s jam,) lace up boots and very very rarely penny loafers.

A day on the floor I stick to duck pants or denim and a flannel or polo and meeting days a ocbd and the workwear chinos or 5 pocket chinos. Our only mandatory things are leather shoes and a collar so it’s pretty flexible on Fridays I can wear a t shirt.
