No one can tell you how to feel so I won’t even begin to try. All I can say is you’re right a lot of people in this world are shit but that goes both ways because there are people like me who’d do anything i could to help anyone I use to tell myself one more day I can make it for one more day then that next day would come and even tho I might have felt the same that in itself was a victory so I’d keep telling my self I can make it one more day not saying it’s easy not saying you’ll fell like a new person but eventually my days got better I didn’t have to continue pushing for the next day because they just came and went I wish you the best
