No. I love animals. I've rescued animals. I've spent thousands of hours of my time and dollars in my wallet working with animals, homing them, caring for them, building and funding shelters in developing countries for them. My current work involves strategic planning for maintaining animal ecosystems and lessening the impact human development has on animal populations both directly and indirectly. I do more for animals than anyone sitting here criticizing the OP for not attempting to find homes for abandoned goldfish. So to say I'm responsible for animals going extinct is untrue.
