that is just sad

I get it, but pro wrestling is one of the few things I"ll give money for merch and stuff. The two women here are very well off millionaires, so I'm not about to give them money. But the up and comers in the independent scene? or the ones who finally made their tv debut somewhere? Yeah, I'll get a photo with them, or a signed autograph, something. There's even some well-off dudes who've never been big household names that I'll put some $$ toward if I get a chance to meet them, like Colt Cabana. ESPECIALLY the ones who are wrestling in the gymnasiums and armories. If they put on a good match for me, or I've seen them before and know they're about to put on a banger, yeah, here's $20, keep up your grind and your dream. I know that my $20 is literally going toward their next meal in some cases, or some supplements for training, a car payment, you get the idea.

Now, $130 though, that's definitely too much.

I guess my point was this-- There's a lot of up and coming wrestlers, musicians, etc that are trying to live their dream. I always wanted to be a pro wrestler when I was a kid, but as I got older I knew I couldn't do it. But there are people who are chasing that dream. And for $20 at an indie show, meet and greet, photo sesh, and just generally shooting the shit with these guys, well, I got my money's worth, honestly. They're the future of the industry, and everyone starts somewhere.
