Kelowna man sues hospital, doctor for ‘deformed’ penis after surgery

There has to be information being left out. It just does not make sense.

At any moment he felt something was wrong during the Day Care Surgery pipeline the entire process would've stopped and the procedure would not have been done.

When he was brought in for pre-op he would've been asked to confirm the surgical procedure AND verbally consent to the booking request done by the surgeon. Even before going to the OR he would've been confirming again with the anesthesiologist and OR nurse and again with the actual surgeon when entering the OR.

Just the fact he states the procedure was wrong right up to the OR doesn't make sense. The first nurse confirming this would've stopped the entire process from happening.

Hell, it would've stopped when the anesthesiologists called him or when the RN called to pre-screen a few days before the procedure.

I'm not even going to bother to point out all the other missing bits since this one thing is enough to say this is possibly BS and the patient just doesn't like the outcome.
