Ken Penders Interview About the Lawsuit

I put more time into trying to understand this whole nonsense debacle than I'd like to admit and can say I still don't respect him or what he did.

I know so many people wanna defend him because they're "his" characters, but so many of the reasons people dislike him go beyond that. His arrogance and disrespect for others is the main reasons I can't stand the man. I can be objective and say he had a lot of good things going in the Archie series, but he comes across like a disgruntled lazy loser that can't get over it.

He has such an obsession over Ian Flynn and Ben Hurst he should be embarrassed. Especially when he decides to attack Ben Hurst who isn't even alive anymore to defend himself. It's disgraceful.

And if he were the literary genius he claims to be he'd have left Archie and created something new and original to blow peoples' minds. Instead he's just manipulating his ever shrinking fanbase. He claims he "can't escape" Sonic, but his whole existence revolves around talking about Sonic and how he somehow is the only reason Sonic's successful.

Also, his art is objectively ugly. He needs to stop praising himself. It's awkward. It's bad art. And how many years is it gonna take for him to release his comic + app? It's kinda funny he's already planning the "reprint" for his series that's never even had a first print lmao.

He also thinks he's gonna do reprints of the original Sonic issues he worked on. That's laughable. I'd like to see Sega give him rights to print Sonic media after his drama lmao

And his arrogance over Sonic Chronicles is ridiculous.

I can't even anymore. This dude's cocky attitude when he has literally nothing to be cocky about is the problem.
