I think he's acting out of character. He's turned into a self loathing Jake Skywalker, Rather than one of the greatest Jedi Masters to ever live. He's supposed to have faith and be convicted to his mission and what it means for the future. Instead, he can barely use the force, went all emo about Jedi, and turns his back on people. Why did je John Wick his way to Leia, instead of just mind tricking his way through the whole thing?

I also hate that Tatooine is once again the best known planet in galaxy, it may as well be a core system now. The whole point was for it to be a backwater that nobody has ever heard of, that's literally why he's there. Rumors of some random Jedi would be unlikely to ever make it off planet anywhere. The Empire doesn't give a shit about Tatooine, and most people don't even know it exists. Disney thinks theres only like 3 planets in Star Wars, and they're all the size of a small town apparently.
