Our FC was setup and designed to a ‘mid’ sized FC with 15-30 active members, while we restructured to be a cozier FC with 5-10 active members, we retained our reward system. All our ranks are tied to in-game achievements, such as leveling all jobs to 70, so new members know who to look towards for advice / guidance. Those players are considered Jr. Officers and have limited access to the safe. Jr. Officers can be upgraded to Officers after a preset amount of time (1 year). Officers have access to GIL, which can be loaned to a player for personal advancement. The theory is that FC is strongest working as a team, instead of a mixture of random players, and the loan\mentor system helps build lasting bonds.
