MFD: Pedestrian hit by car near UWM's campus

I walk across Oakland on Hartford next to EMS every day and I've almost been hit three times in the past year in the crosswalk.

1) Young dude on his phone ran a red light on oakland and wasn't paying attention. I saw his face and he was completely preoccupied with his phone. I honestly probably wouldn't be here if I wasn't looking left and right. He was going about 35 in his maroon 90's oldsmobile/buick sedan. So if anyone knows who that is, tell them to neck themselves.

2) Older gentleman who probably shouldn't be driving anymore turned right into the 7/11 parking lot, but he didn't check his A pillars.

3) Girl late to class in her Lexus. Again, I was in someones A-pillars crossing the Hartford.

You have so many people walking on sidewalks and then you have this constant traffic pattern. I'm horrified by the amount of buses that make those tight corners with so many people around too. What else is going to happen? We have 3000 lb or more vehicles driven by tired students in a hurry, next to other tired students who are crossing the street. And then you have the regular Milwaukee drivers who are an even greater risk.
