Hello guys! Looking to buy a condo on the 16th floor (le Logix). On paper, the condo is wow with a beautiful view! Perfect for me and my husband. But I'm having mixed feelings as I'm reading all the bad reviews online regarding the building and its people/management ... we've been actively looking for a condo for about 3 months with no succes. We finally have an Accepted Offer to Purchase (with conditions) this condo in the Logix G.. we were very happy until we read all the bad reviews. We can still back off, but I really want to believe this is our condo. Can anyone enlighten me on this please?

I've read a guy who says the clientele at Logix is the worst in Laval. A police officer told him they often receive calls about all and everything and even mentioned prostitutes, pimps or drug dealers...
