Yeah .. I have my first online class tomorrow (once a week class) and the deadline for giving students info on how we're completing our online courses and exams is ... tomorrow. We're going to be told how to access class on the day of class.

Prof was sick three weeks ago and cancelled (face to face) class at midnight the day of, promised to put up an online lecture, never put it up. Never graded my essay that had to be submitted online and supposed to be returned online in late February

She's young, too, I don't understand. I really really hope she's not still sick or, god forbid, has COVID-19. So there's definitely some very major issues with cancelling face-to-face classes, but eventually everyone is going to get the chance to finish exams and move on with their lives and education. Tbh this isn't as bad (educationally) as the 14 week strike my old college went through a few years ago...just daily panic when it was clear that the whole semester had to be scrapped and I'd have to wait a full year to take the course again, delaying grad by another year at least (it was a pre-req).

Just take care of your health and remember to wash your hands, stay 6 ft/1m away from other people, and stay home when you're sick. Good luck!
