Toronto needs to move one of the kids to send a message. Ideally to a team they don’t want to play for. They need to fix that locker room. You can’t hand a team over to 20 year olds. Let them run multiple coaches out of town. Let them and their agents bully your GM in negotiations. Because they’re still just kids. That’s why you’re supposed to insulate the kids with hard working, character veterans. Teach them properly. Not hand them the keys to your org right out of the draft.

Barrie isn’t a problem there. The organization is the problem. I will happily take him on a reasonable contract.
