Let's all take a moment to come together and remember - The 'No-Knight' Strategy

I despised it, it made LFG so terrible because everyone wanted to do that. You were leaving 4 of the most powerful and most unpredictable enemies in the game alive at the same time for an extended period of time, and if an ogre or two looked at the wrong person at the wrong time they were instantly killed. Worst of all, with everyone hiding up top, certain positions would make the ogres or oryx likely to look at the runner, instantly calling a wipe.

Everyone who got lucky and managed to get it to work first or second try refused to try to learn the encounter, and insisted it was the best way, because it was easy and required no skill so why wouldn't they think that way...but it was not consistent, it showed that your team was not good at the game, it caused rage every time rng fucked someone over with people blaming left and right for what was entirely a flaw in such a bad 'strategy'. Every time we got a group to just do it normally they were amazed at how easy it was and how much better it was to just be good at the encounter and be able to cover screw ups, instead of hoping rng or lag didn't fuck you over (remember, this was still when ogres had the whole 'teleport' issue). Absolutely despised it, and made people do a mix of snipers and the center bubble method long before it became popular from the not yet released challenge mode (not everyone had touch yet that early, but easily the best thing that came from challenge was making those idiots stop that terrible 'method').
