If your parents aren’t controlling there’s nothing that you said you learned by moving out stopping you from learning those things while living with your parents. You can clean your parents house (probably already doing this), learn to cook for yourself and them, and do some DIY repairs around the house with pops when something breaks. Maybe even build that deck with pops that moms been asking for. If you have a job see if they’ll take some money from you to help with bills (still cheaper than paying rent, win-win).

Owning real estate? How does living with your parents stop that? If anything it makes it easier. Unless you have controlling, toxic parents staying at home is almost always better.
