Losing weight is simple. You literally don't have to do anything.

No because in the end, starvation doesn't create lasting weight loss. In the end, trying to come back from fasting will cause extreme binging, immediate binging after fasting is even worse because your metabolism has to be started up again. In the end, the weight always returns after extreme methods. Can be after weeks, months, or years, but you will eventually gain it back because you haven't learned shit. You haven't learned true control and moderation. You have learned to go to the extreme when it comes to food. Similarly, this will eventually lead to worse (extreme) overeating. It always evens out. It's not a lasting method of weight loss. Not to mention the muscle loss that is increased when you try to lose weight too quickly.
