Lou Anna K. Simon should have stepped down years ago

Most of those university officials that were told never filed a report mainly because the victims that told the university officials never really pushed forward with their complaints. Since there were really no reports filed, a pattern of sexual abuse could not be established. So put yourself in those university officials shoes, a renowned doctor's word who had a very active public life and was by all accounts very well liked vs. 1 report of sexual assault (for all that university official knew.) Obviously, the university officials that were told of sexual abuse and then convinced the victims not to file a report and that they were wrong, should be fired and maybe criminally prosecuted. Now getting to President Simon. President Simon was informed in 2014 that "some doctor" was under a Title IX investigation for sexual assault. That was all she was told because that Title IX investigation found that Nassar did nothing wrong. So was President Simon not supposed to take the advice of the Title IX investigation clearing Nassar??? She obviously cannot be intimately involved with every Title IX investigation at MSU, the reason that universities conduct Title IX investigations is to determine the guilt or innocents for this very thing. It would of been very unreasonable to assume that President Simon should have known better than the lead Title IX investigator and the 3 doctors involved with the Title IX investigation especially when she could not have possibly been and wasn't intimately involved with the investigation. To question whether that investigation was conducted in a fair and unbiased way is reasonable. To blame President Simon for the results of that investigation, is unreasonable. To ask for President Simon's resignation and accuse her of being complicit in letting sexual abuse happen on campus based on all these facts, is evil and makes you a very scummy person for doing so
