YouTube allows similar content and tons of thumbnails are either big titties or big boobs if not both. Advertisers can choose not to advertise on this content but that hasn't proved an issue so far with hot tub streamers occaisonally being the most watched on twitch.

Regarding the "respect" you cannot in good conscience pin that onto the hot tub streamers and not the dumbfuck teens going around sexually harassing all women. It's not like female streamers' chats were holy before IndieFoxx and Amouranth and it won't be pure after.

The issue with respect is that sex work should be treated with respect and people expressing their sexuality and/or using it to make themselves money is not inherently bad. The individual viewer who goes around sexually harassing other streamers is the one who should be made to realize that what they're doing is not okay.

Mizkif did a hot tub stream the other day with like 5 other guys all shirtless and it was no big deal. A woman showing cleavage with 500-1.5k viewers is not going to make twitch the next chaturbate. In the end, allowing twitch to ban any form of sexual content will just lead to more undeserved bans like what happened with mang0.
