LYRA the documentary premieres tomorrow, ch4 @2125. She was a pal, and I noticed myself in the documentary. I recreated the moment from Arlene's recent GB news appearance & added commentary. Watch it anyway, it's brilliant and coming up to 4 years when she was robbed of a brilliant future.

To expand -- NI isn't a democracy, it's a flimsy and slimey mockery of one. And NIS, propaganda wing of the establishment, is parading around the fruits of their corruption under her name. Lyra would, I think, be pretty horrified by a lot of what has happened since her death, and under her name. I saw political parties use her face to promote things fundamentally against her social interests after her death. NIS makes a lot of money offa the troubles and as much as they're saying the right things, they don't do the right things.

But yes, it's me, the ebil woman who talks about her experience at risk to herself who is the real baddie here. I get why people would read into it that way, but what have I done other than be unlikeable? Lyra's death affected me enormously in ways I can't articulate but I did my best.
