Anyone considering coming out of your workplace pension?

Everyone’s different. I hope to have everything paid of by then. If i do and have some savings, that will do. The state pension being done away with i believe is just a scare tactic to get people to pay into pensions. My pension is 10% and my employer pays 20%. I still choose not to pay it. When i started the job im in now i was in debt and the 2000+ a year that was going into my pension was better going into my pocket. Now my son gets that money. Id rather spend it on him than have extra money in my account when im 70 and have no son around to spend it on. I understand pensions, and i understand why they work for most. Yes they are the best way to save it, but i hate that its savings i cant access untill realistically the best part of your life is over.
