I three marked it not that long ago and I will give you some tips on how I think you should play it. The gun has very good handling but meh accuracy. You say you can't hit anything so I'm guessing you are trying to snipe with it which it isn't terrible at but not the best. You want to be midrange working a hill, peak, shoot, peak, shoot to take advantage of the great gun handling while moving and good gun depression.

192 pen doesn't sound like much but was never a problem for me. Obviously you don't want to sit there in front of a defender trying to pen it with AP but you don't really want to sit in front of that type of tank with APCR either. From the positions you should be hitting those type of tanks the AP should work fine, only resort to shooting gold at the front if you have no other choice.

The speed isn't great like you said but much like the AP it gets the job done. Keep in mind though that you are not going to be beating the faster mediums to those "RUSH HILL" positions and you are going to regret trying.
