Major Glitch Will Halve Your Damage if you have 100% from skill + 25% from lone wanderer + 15% from bloody mess

When I fired the game up at midnight of the launch, I was completely clueless as to why I was getting 12 frames per second on a brand new computer $4000 computer with 2 GTX 980 Ti cards.

So I started researching leads on google and youtube, and came across JokerProduction's video on setting up SLI to work properly.

In my case, I also had a glitch with NVIDIA where my drivers needed to be clean installed (even though I could've sworn I had already failed to do a clean install driver update, it apparently worked when I did the clean install in exactly the same way as a youtube video I stumbled on to).

Then I started experimenting with a huge combination of different settings, desperately trying to diagnose something. I also was changing things with SLI configuration using NVIDIA inspector, which only added to the confusion and number of tests I had to conduct.

I was constantly google and youtube searching, but the game was so new that I wasn't getting any solid information.

Eventually I was able to get 30 frames a second, and then I started searching youtube and was lucky enough to find a very new video explaining the game's horrible iPresentInterval setting.

After 3 hours, I was ready to start filming, and then had another issue where the preferences file reset itself after I changed the graphics settings from the launcher, which threw me off. I wasn't even monitoring the frame rates because xsplit likes to refuse to load if fraps is running at startup.

Yes, it could've taken me a lot less time to diagnose this whole problem, but it really threw me off, especially since it was midnight on launch day. I just assumed that everything would have been tested by Bethesda to work effortlessly.
