Is this man the best fighter to step in the octagon. Why or why not?

I already acknowledged that Jon passed CSAC's tests.

They were never made aware of Jon's multiple failed USADA tests in the months leading up to UFC 232 when they licensed him to fight.

All of that came out later. Andy is responding to 1 failed drug test that they did admit to publicly, that caused Nevada to refuse to license him.

He's not taking about the multiple failed tests in August and December. He didn't know about those when CSAC licensed Jon to fight

Andy also didn't know at the time that Jon [failed a VADA test](https://www.mmamania.com/2019/1/23/18195174/ufc-232-jon-jones-vada-tests-positive-result-lingering-steroid-metabolite-mma) the day of weigh-ins.

That bit of news got pushed DEEP under the rug.
