Tbh yes, the first part is isolating the issues. The biggest issue imo is distribution. We have pre existing trade routes (and many tha big wig people are looking at being opened because of global warming, hence the need to make global warming less than it is), we have a giant issue of food shortage. Also we know these boats are not packed to the nines. You mandate the excess cargo waste is utilized for excess food distribution. For one small example.

The topic itself is bigger than explaining to one person on reddit and we do not have direct access to the information needed to create sustainable plans that work. I can spew ideas all day but it's an access issue. It doesn't matter how smart someone is, it's if they can access the information needed to create technically viable solutions.

That information is controlled by those who do not want an easily viable solution.
