Maybe maybe maybe

My company sent me on a cruise, all expenses paid, so keep that in mind.

But I loved it. I had a room with a balcony so I could wake up and walk about on my balcony and there’s just endless ocean and breeze.

The coffee shop on deck was amazing - and you pay for your drink package before hand, so it felt like everything was free. I’d be sitting by the pool and bartenders would just bring me a drink of the day. No questions asked.

I met some crazy older people (I was the youngest person on the cruise besides peoples kids) most older people on cruises have been on a ton of ships and they all had funny stories.

The food on the ship was much better than I expected, I didn’t feel like it was too crowed, and I always had my room to go back to if I wanted quiet. And I had some of the best sleep of my life on that ship because the slight waves lulled me to sleep.

I loved being in guided tours at the port islands, it made it so much more accommodating for me to see some places I would have never gone to alone.

I dunno, I really loved it - I understand the environmental issue and that’s a good reason to hate it. But the experience itself was awesome and you can avoid the annoying activities if you want to. Being on top of a giant ship in the middle of the ocean at night is honestly amazing and I’ll prob go on another cruise at some point.
