Huh. I wonder why!

Someone probably knows better than I but here’s a few I’m aware of:

The interaction of Jesus with the Centurion is often translated as a servant but many believe it’s more accurately a same-sex relationship. In that story, Jesus praises the centurion’s faith.

The word for Joseph’s coat only appears one other time in the Bible, 2 Samuel 13:18, referring to a dress for princesses, which at least implies he didn’t conform to standard gender norms. Then there’s the whole episode with him finding favor with Potiphar and the episode Potiphar’s wife.

Then there’s Jonathan, who David “loved more than any woman.” Their relationship is... pretty emotionally charged

Now when he had finished speaking to Saul, the soul of Jonathan was knit to the soul of David, and Jonathan loved him as his own soul. Saul took him that day, and would not let him go home to his father’s house anymore. Then Jonathan and David made a covenant, because he loved him as his own soul. And Jonathan took off the robe that was on him and gave it to David, with his armor, even to his sword and his bow and his belt.”

Now, personally I’m not positive any of these are necessarily slam dunk cases, but I think the case for affirming is stronger than that of condemning, which seems thin at best.
