The state change from 1 to 2 star on Samira is laughably horrible, so don't go looking to force it. IE + LW + GA with a 6 sharpshooter comp is an insta-win (the GA is absolutely required, she will die before getting her combo off most of the time but will come back right into her ability), I don't even care about Xayah/Asols. The problem is getting to that point because Sharpshooters suck ass now with the removal of Jhins damage and Jinxes CC. But if you can get that early Samira.. you're golden for the rest of the match with those items. She's just too rare to reach to be worth bothering with regardless of power IMO, you'll likely be bottom of the lobby while trying to find her.
