This placement helps velkoz hitting good ults every time. Don’t mind the chalice on blitz, they’re juste there so you know it’s a good item to make if you already have perfect items for velkoz as it will bring mana to your whole team instantly. QuickSilver is a must have for velkoz, you need to have him in the corner and you can’t have him interrupted by ennemy vi or blitz. At lvl 8 just add another cho 2* or vel until you 3 star them. Priority for items would be : Seraph>Quicksilver>Raba>Morello>Any tank item/chalices
