It could be anyone, it doesn't matter who it is, just the attitude that does.

For example, in some members Feel Special Episode where Mina would show up in the background there were the typical messages sending love and support towards her and there were A LOT of comments complaining about it, saying how it was unfair to x member to make it about Mina (it wasn't...), how every member get their turn and she would have her time to shine too.

This post reminded me of those comments. I could be wrong, but since the only thing fans can do in this situation is actually show their support to Mina and the girls, I feel it is very shitty to complain about it.
