Mindset of a SEA player.

haha I observed pretty much the opposite: I used to play on SEA, moved back to EU like a year ago and I get more often frustrated in EU servers than on SEA. What you said is somewhat true - there are some people just like 10 yo kid, constantly raging, flaming etc. Actually flaming, raging kids are everywhere, not only in SEA dota, also in other region and games. Those kids in SEA are taking this game very seriously. and because of this, (at least in my 5.2-5.4k bracket)I often meet players who are willing to co-operate to win that match, don't ever give up until the ancient falls - I had much better experiences in game. And most of them actually listen when I try to communicate with them in English about general game plan, certain timings etc.

But in EU servers, holy fuck, maybe there are less people raging or screaming/writing something offensive but they are like fucking whiny.. They are like after FB, the mid player write in ALL CHAT: gg i go afk. or when they lose one lane of rex, they are like: Go mid, i go afk and spam >well played etc.

I mean, I get used to those quickly - they just say/write those "gg i go afk" for fun and keep playing but it almost feels like, they give up way earlier(than SEA players) and (instead of trying to win/comeback)actually do something stupid like selling all items to buy 50 sentries to spam in base or feeding courier... I'm not saying I never saw such things in SEA ranked but I see "those people actually "throwing" because they think they lost" much more frequently in EU servers than in SEA.

And when I try to talk them out of that, try to convince them that we can win, they usually mute me and I get flamed/reported. Now I played more than 300 matches on EUW and know how the people here tick, it doesn't bother me that much but I had much more relaxing, rewarding, fun games on SEA than EUW.

But do not try normal matches(especially alone) on SEA. No one can survive that shit alone.
