One alley up from G Street and Madison. I would walk into that Puerto Rican mini mart to take out cash from the ATM every morning. The chances of me knowing that guy or both of them is likely 99%.

It's in the neighborhood of Kensington, Philadelphia. It's like the Walmart of drugs...dope, coke, and crack at every corner. The dope sold at the corner in the video is called Fiji (the stamp on the bags). What's crazy is...if you're a customer you don't have much to worry about in terms of getting jumped or assaulted. Every corner has a different set of dealers and they want you to feel safe...otherwise you will go elsewhere. However, from dealer to dealer, it gets dangerous. People get shot on a regular. People think they can get a feel for the neighborhood from watching videos on YouTube....but you can't. Take what you imagine to be utterly insane, then multiply by ten.
