Moses is a great example for our players on loan.

And Chalobah. And I dont for a second believe that the people working at the club dont know this. Its for the morons who think they know what they are talking about when they slag of youth. Loans first and foremost are meant to give them an experience of adult football. Its not about getting a certain number of goals/assists. It is about development and the talent/attributes players have when they are 18/19 will stay with them. Players like Musonda and Boga and more wont lose their technical ability or their intelligence. All loans do is effect the extent to which they can project them. If you put players in shit teams under bad managers that will stifle them. For everyone saying "ohhhh he was bad on loan how will he do well here", you need to individually watch players (and also in the youth team) too know. This is why players like Chalobah who seemed to be no hopers have made it back. Even bad loans teach you something (for example Chalobah learning under Sarri for a year - the same man who has transformed a number of players including that fraud that we were trying to buy for CB). I'm certain that if you put some players in our first team on loan to the same clubs we're sending our youth too then they would look even worse than them. The only reason players like Willian, Cahill, Ivanovic and more seem decent (that is at best) is because of the talent they are surrounded with here. Put them on loan to the clubs we've sent our youth too and they would be horrendous. Also the same applies for players doing well on loan, Tammy Abraham is a key example. If anyone watches him for a full 90 minutes or looks beyond his goal stats (most of which are scrappy poachers goals) then you will see that he really isnt that good and hes not suited to the way our team will play. There will be a lot of people saying "oh its the club fault for ruining such a big talent" when the reality is that he wasnt that good in the first place. He isnt suited to the way clubs like us play and its been apparent for years, we actually get a good glance at it in last years youth team which is made up of a lot of small technical players and Tammy was wedged in (he also played in the 14/15 crop before that which was really a team of outstanding individuals)
