Moved into a new house and need help designing my home office - more in comments

Hello! I’m looking for help to redesign the layout of my new home office. The house I previously lived in was larger and could easily fit the couch, TV Unit and my desk without a problem. This new house has a smaller space and I likely need to make some concessions.

Ideally I want to the layout to accomodate my work desk, a TV unit, and some kind of couch/armchair/love-seat so I can comfortably lay down.

Some notes: - I’m planning to buy a sit/stand desk frame for my current desktop so I’m open to cutting the desk down from its current 2.2m to 1.6m as needed (or anywhere in between) - I’m going to move my PC off of the desk and keep it on top of one of the IKEA ALEX drawers to free up some desk space. - My initial thoughts are that the couch is too large for the space and should be replaced with something smaller like an armchair with ottoman or a love-seat with chaise. - I’m open to buying new furniture that would suit the space better

I’d really appreciate any advice or ideas!
