We accept those prices for two reasons.

The first is that there are only MTX purchases in the store. There is no golden ammo. There is no pay-to-win. GGG remains firmly on the side of the gamer when so many companies are going to the wrong side. GGG has made an honestly F2P game and no newbie is ever going to be disappointed on that aspect.

Second, as you get to know GGG you will probably like them, a lot. They are an outstanding developer on so many points that are important to gamers. As mentioned above, they are honest and approach their game from the perspective of what a gamer would appreciate. They have great communication with the fans. They listen to feedback on balance and actually respond. For these reasons, the fans are happy to support them. Since MTX and Supporter Packs are the only way to do that, fans are happy to buy those things.

I have four Supporter Packs now and several tabs worth of MTX that comes with them. I don't even wear my MTX. I don't group up with people and I'm not really motivated by the graphics. I just have the MTX because I wanted to support GGG and say 'thanks for the great game.'
