You got lucky, I've had to start a class action lawsuit against them with over 30 people signed under me in this lawsuit. All Poloniex has to do is get off their asses and start replying to their tickets. What is the point of having a support section if there is no support?

Do you know what Poloniex's response was when they got my attorney's certified letter? "Poloniex is not responsible for any website errors or any lost funds that may have occurred through out certain exploited glitches in our system. These are untraceable and unrecoverable. Therefore, we have no solution to your problem if there is no sufficient evidence. In order to fulfill all of submitted tickets from all of these members, it would take away from regular maintenance on our busy website. We are running a two man crew. An important announcement lingers in the future. As to your litigation, we will be in talks with your party soon to reach an agreeable settlement."

I think we all know where this is headed.
