“It teaches you responsibility” … responsibility for what exactly? Keeping a human alive?

You know what else “teaches you responsibility”? Getting a goldfish. Or committing to doing the housework every Sunday and then actually doing it. Or not getting hammered before work. Or fucking having a 50 day streak on Duolingo.

There are so many things that you can do that make you “responsible”. Jizzing into someone and living with the consequences isn’t the only way.
