My husband smokes way too much weed and it’s really grinding my gears.

My husband is a manager at a cannabis store, he smokes a lot to help with mental health and other things.

He contributes just as much as I do daily, and I have never felt he was choosing to get too stoned to help as a father.

A good father, would know how to moderate to the situation. He’s not being a good parent when he fades out and disassociates from his responsibilities. You fully acknowledge things a bad father would do.. which is things he is doing. By provider you mean he is contributing financially, but at what risk to your kids? A provider means an environment. As a father it’s his job to provide a safe and loving childhood.

If this was alcohol, it would be an issue. It should be an issue now.
