And I'm fine with them sponsoring as long as some majors/nationals aren't sponsored. I'm fine and dandy with Nintendo raising pot bonuses for other tournaments for Smash 4 and Melee, but if they are going to take away every big tournament and shun PM, then that's outrageous. The thing is, if PM had no third party content then Nintendo might be willing to even hire the PMDT (I know it sounds outrageous but this is from Nintendo, and we all know we'd be okay with Nintendo hiring modders). It's probably due to that, that made it take so long, and now at this point Nintendo can't claim they didn't know it existed. I here what you're saying Shadow, but are you sure it's JUST the third party content, because I've been curious about that as well. PM is pretty much everywhere within the competitive Smash community, and for some reason Nintendo hasn't acknowledged this yet. So, I guess I can agree, seeing as there is no other reason that haven't done anything about it. So, I guess if PM is not at any sponsored tourneys, it will be fine.
