Watch the movies. There really isn’t any reason to watch the arcs unless you want a slightly different version of events.

The movies are fine for introducing the only two new characters. Can’t think of any extra character development you get from those two arcs.

The fights in the movies are FAR superior to the anime. They aren’t ‘rushed’ at all and are paced perfectly fine. IMO the anime actually bogs down the action at points. Not to mention the film’s visually are also far superior.

Also weird to say they’ll make you biased? Just go in understanding they’re movies that had an actual schedule unlike the anime.

People don’t seem to get how unnecessary the first two arcs of super were.

The film is objectively the better experience with the same content, there isn’t any reason to subject yourself to the first two arcs.
