Not quite. That's called headcanon, especially since Toriyama has not made an official statement to support your claims.

Yes its a retcon. But thats how retcons work, they make something from before different. Goku had SSG SSB and UI when he met Uub, Super has made that canon. That's what I've been saying it does support my argument

Again, Toriyama has not said that Goku at the end of Z had Divine Ki or UI. People need to understand that their headcanons are not bound by anything beyond their own imagination.

If Toriyama comes out and says Goku had Divine Ki and UI, we'd all have to accept it as true, but he hasn't. I'd prefer to discuss in universe facts we know as opposed to hypotheticals with no proof. I take fantastical thinking with a grain of salt, and by that I mean I give it no consideration.
