We need to go after thibodeau

i would disagree. in the clippers series we were out in 6 if not for a great sequence at the end of the game strung together by our players making unlikely/clutch shots which just snowballed the momentum of the entire series. if not for our guys, we see a second round exit in which mchale is almost certainly kicked to the curb. in these games we saw mchale continuously being outcoached, and a step behind doc. wether it was waiting entire games to make any sort of adjustment, or simply being a few plays behind (taking jsmoov or dwight away from hacka situations).

did we see mchale calling plays or attempting to dictate plays at all in either series ? nope. our biggest advantage versus the warriors, and a huge bright spot of this squad was the ability to run a 4-5 pick and roll with dwight and josh. taking advantage of their size, quickness, and josh's passing. nope. dwight was literally non existant from our offense outside of plays where he would find himself open on an oop, or grabbing an offensive board. and theres no excuse for that as mchale played the 4, and should be able to get dwight involved in our offense. ** note that almost no coaches are 4s and 5s in their careers, because guards understand the game and its flow far better. my point is that this team has way too much talent to go uncoached. and we have so many unique pieces, we need someone who can piece them together into a gameplan, and then adapt to circumstances the other team throws at us.

theres no situation where thibs signs on as an assistant. and as we've seen over the last few years, it takes a great coach (pop) or a floor general (lebron) to win. neither of which we have.
